"MarketPlace" was broadcasted on Feb 6 and re-ran on CBC NewsWorld on Feb 9. From the front page of The Journal News: The state Republican committee is calling on John Degnan, to apologize for his press secretary's "vulgar and uncivilized behavior" on the campaign trail after being caught on film making an obscene gesture. Degnan said he did not condone the undignified manner in which he has conducted his campaign.

Wednesday night 36 passengers on a Greyhound bus were traveling peacefully from Edmonton, Alberta to Winnipeg, Manitoba. No one on the bus were prepared for the horror they were about to witness. Passengers that witnessed the murder said that the two men were sitting in the back of the bus and the victim appeared to either be sleeping or listening to music through his headphones.
